* Please note: Child care service offered for children aged 4 to 12 years old only. Kids must be fully toilet trained to attend. If your child is under the age of 4 or not toilet trained a private room babysitting service would need to be booked. Should you require this additional service, please contact Jordyn at ASN Events (email) and you will be provided with the details of a babysitting company recommended by Rydges Newcastle. Private room babysitting service is not covered in the conference fee and is the responsibility of parents requiring the service.

HOW TO REGISTER

By clicking the button at the top of the page, you will be direct to the online registration form.
The registration dashboard is a unique online system, which provides delegates with an effective and efficient way to register and look after all aspects of the conference themselves prior and post conference. You can re-visit your registration dashboard at anytime to add/amend your extras, book or amend your accommodation, make payment, edit/begin your abstract or download your invoice.

If you have previously registered for a conference run by ASN, you would have more than likely developed your own 'registration dashboard'. If so, when registering for this conference - please enter your email and password under 'returning delegate'. If you don’t remember your password, please contact Jordyn Trolove at ASN Events (email) and she will reset it for you.

If you are yet to register for a conference ran by ASN - you will need to set up your own registration dashboard and therefore you will need to click on 'register as a new delegate'. Once you have filled out your details, you will have created your own 'registration dashboard'.

REGISTRATION FOR GROUP MANAGERS

REGISTRATION PAYMENT

A secure site is provided for online payment of your charges. This has its own section on the ‘registration dashboard’. The payment options are:

  • Credit card - Visa, Mastercard or AMEX is accepted but a surcharge applies for all credit card payments:
    • Payments by MasterCard and Visa attract a 1.25% surcharge, which will be automatically added to your payment prior to processing.
    • Payments by AMEX attract a 2.95% surcharge, which will be automatically added to your payment prior to processing.
  • Cheque (either personal or from your institute)
  • Direct debit (you will be emailed banking instructions upon application) 

An Australian Tax Invoice will be provided for all registrants once registered. You can reprint this and your receipt from your ‘registration dashboard’ at any time.

A full prepayment of your registration is required 30 days prior to the conference starts. However, earlybird fees must be paid by the earlybird deadline, to ensure the registration at the discounted rates. If payment is made by bank transfer a copy of the bank transfer document must be sent to Jordyn Trolove at ASN Events (email) by the payment deadline.

The ABN for the conference is 90 093 246 176. All registration rates quoted include GST and are in Australian dollars.
All online registrations are checked by the secretariat. If there is any query they will contact you. If you wish to make changes or additions after you have registered, return to your ‘registration dashboard’.  

REGISTRATION CHANGES

Any changes to your registration should be made via your ‘registration dashboard’ in the first instance, or directed in writing to Jordyn Trolove at ASN Events (email), who will endeavour to accommodate the request.  

CANCELLING YOUR REGISTRATION WILL INCUR A FEE

All cancellations must be in writing and sent to Jordyn Trolove at ASN Events (email).

  • If you have gone ahead and registered, and then changed your mind - please let us know within 24 hours of registering to avoid any cancellation fees. 
  • Registration cancellation outside 30 days prior to the conference, a $100 cancellation fee applies. 
  • Registration cancellation within 30 days prior to the conference, no refund is available and full registration cancellation fees apply.

Please note, if we do not receive payment of the cancellation fee, it may effect your attendance at future conferences run by ASN Events. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact Jordyn Trolove at ASN Events (email)


INSURANCE

The registration fee does not include insurance of any kind. The meeting secretariat cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. Delegates are encouraged to make their own insurance arrangements to cover any loss caused by unforeseen delay, circumstance or cancellation.
